Dance Benefit A Huge Success!

Thanks to the entire Arts Team for a job well done. Our singers and dancers were awesome. We had performers from Reynolds HS and Parkland HS as well as Miss Stevenson's Dance Co. SIDELONG DANCE COMPANY.  She is an excellent dancer and the kids loved it. We were also delighted by the beautiful singing of Mrs. Ingram and Ms. Farthing. Mrs. Farthing's students did a great job singing. Mrs. Gordon showcased original artwork created by herself and her students which was awesome and Mr. Powelson played the violin with fire in his fingers! Mr. Sumners showcased his students as they played a few songs. They did a great job.  Raffle prizes were given away and the Fifth Grade Honors Dancers stole the show. They have improved greatly. The event raised about $350.00! Thank you PTA for coming out and assisting with raffle and admissions.  I was very proud of all the faculty members who came out to support the Arts Team and our students. I hope I can remember everyone. If I inadvertently leave you out, I am sorry. I am trying to depend on my aging memory:) Thank you to:

Comprehensive Needs Assessment Data:

Our CNA is due next week so we will need all teams to turn their collected data in no later than Thursday. Have your team choose the top 3 priorities of your research. If you are interested in helping to type the new CNA, please let me know.

Important:

  • EOG Training 3:20 tomorrow
  • You should have your PDPs just about finished up as I will start scheduling Summative Conferences this week.
  • All classified employee evaluation information should be put in the brown envelope outside my office by Friday. I will work on those and then begin scheduling classified evaluations.
  • REMEMBER, do not touch EVAAS Rosters until we get the word from Central Office.
  • Are your PEPs updated and almost complete? If you know you will have difficulty getting a parent in, please utilize the social worker and the Home School Coordinator as well as Mrs. Studevent, to make arrangements for transportation.
